Calculate How Active You Are Each Day

Although I've used pedometers in the past and definitely believe in their benefits I just found a new iPhone application that completely out does any of the standards pedometers I’ve ever used.
The new app is called the "All-in-One Pedometer" and not only does it calculate how many steps you take per day, but it estimates calories burned, miles walked, total time up and moving, and your average speed. Pretty cool, right?
I am in no way affiliated with this product and I don’t recommend purchasing very many "tools" to help you lose weight, but for $1.99 this app may just help you stay motivated and get you up on your feet more often in order to make your daily walking goal. I also think the 10,000 steps per day gold standard is an excellent number to strive for, so if you’re currently falling below that amount of steps continue to gradually work your way up until you reach the 10,000 mark!
