Fun Summer Calorie Burner

I don’t know what it is, but I heard from 3 of my clients this week that they had so much fun kayaking over the weekend? I didn’t even know that many people kayaked, but it seems to be a very popular summer time activity this year.
So, I did a little research and I found that you can actually burn a decent amount of calories engaging in this fun fat burning activity. For instance, did you know that a 165 pound person kayaking for 60 minutes will burn about 375 calories?
For having a little fun in the sun and staying active I think burning almost 400 calories is pretty amazing! Plus, I often tell my clients to keep their formal workouts for the weekdays in the summer, and use the weekends to get outside and move while enjoying themselves. It looks like kayaking will allow you to do just that!
