I've heard this statement made more times then you could possibly believe. And after seeing men and women of every shape, size, body type, age, activity level, and mindset successfully reach their goal weight, I can honestly tell you that if you don't believe you can lose weight what you're really saying is that you're not willing to make the commitment it takes to drop the pounds. That may sound harsh, but my goal here is to help you lose weight any way I can and you may just need to hear it from a voice outside of yourself.
I know deep down you believe you can succeed and be successful just like the others you've seen lose weight. What I'd like you to do is begin to bring that belief to the surface through focused intentions on believing that if one person can do it, anyone can make it happen… And that includes you.
