Memorial Day Calorie Burning Activities

Since celebrating Memorial Day for many people in the U.S. involves barbequing or getting together with friends I figured I could help offset some of those extra calories with a few activities you could do to keep you moving.
Plus, with it being nice weather in the majority of the country today it’s a great day to get outside and play around with family and friends. Be sure to check out the list below for some fun calorie burning activities you could do as a group. This list also shows you how many calories you’d burn over the course of 60 minutes.
