No-Calorie Pasta: Really?
By admin on Sep 19, 2010 in Health and Fitness
Last week I read an article in the Chicago Tribune about a new no-calorie noodle that will soon be available in the US. I thought that it sounded familiar — sure enough, this “NoOodle” product appears to be a copycat of Miracle Noodle, introduced a few years back. And a readily available version of this noodle, a low-calorie variety made with tofu, was reviewed right here on Self.
What’s the deal? Are these noodles really free of calories, yet make us feel full? Is it real food at all?
