Say the word October and images of bats, witches, ghosts, pumpkins and, yes, candy, immediately pop into my head. Given the tweets and Facebook comments I’ve read lately, I’m not the only one.
I posted on Facebook the question, “How many of you feel a bit anxious about Halloween candy?,” and got a mix of responses. Overall, it was clear there’s a push and pull for most of us when it comes to being surrounded by treats, no matter what time of year.
So how do we navigate the month of October when bags of candy seemingly call out from everywhere? Try these tips.
