Transitioning to Fall

Like it or not, summer days are in limited supply. As long, hot days give way to shorter, nippier ones, will you mourn the loss of berries and watermelon, beach days, vacations, and swimming? Or will you embrace the cooler weather and the the squash, the crisp apples and the pears?
Fall is my favorite season. The gorgeous leaves, back-to-school, perfect trail hiking, endless bike rides, apple cider, pumpkins, fleece hoodies, Halloween… it’s all good.
