smartstart Whats really in your cereal?If we had to make food purchasing decisions based on the front of the package only, we’d be in big trouble.

Take Kellogg’s Smart Start cereal, for example.

The front of the box boasts, “Strong Heart” and “Antioxidants A, C, & E, including Beta Carotene.” Even the bowl is shaped like a heart. If it’s heart healthy, it’s good for people with diabetes. Looks like a smart choice, right?
