I just completed my first sprint triathlon and wanted to share my experience with you so that you may potentially see how it may help you reach your own personal weight loss goals.
When I got to the race this morning I saw people of every age (14 – 60′s). I also saw racers of every body type. Some men and women looked like they were chiseled out of stone and some were most likely 50-60 pounds over their ideal healthy weight. And of course, there were many people in between…
