Pomegranate and Dark Rum
In a glass combine 1/4 cup 100% pomegranate juice (such as Pom), 1 teaspoon simple syrup, and 1 ounce dark rum. Top with ice, seltzer, a squeeze of lime, and a sprig of mint.
