I adore Doc’s pear cider over ice!! It’s bright, no too sweet, and not too alcoholic, so I can have one (almost) whenever I want. Doc’s is made in Warwick, New York. Made from pear juice, fresh-pressed apples and champagne yeast, this hard cider has tiny bubbles that tickle your nose with the first sip. It’s available in stores and on draft on the east coast for now. If you see some in your travels, pick it up, you’ll be happy you did!
