Last night I had the privilege to join Alex Lubarsky on his radio show to discuss how to cleanse your body and home of harmful toxins using organic methods.

While we covered many topics, our main focus was how to cleanse your body using detox methods such as colon cleansing, liver cleansing, heavy metal cleansing and harmful organism cleansing. Plus, how important it is to clean your home and office of air-borne toxins by getting an air purifier, as well as a water purifier for drinking and bathing water.
